We’ll schedule a virtual coffee to talk about your project
02 Kick off
Proposal
If we decide that we’re a good fit for each other, I will send over a proposal outlining the project scope and project fee, along with a contract.
Initial invoice
The project fee is divided into three installments:
35% before the project starts
35% mid-project
30% upon completion
I’ll invite you to our project management software
03 Discovery
Brand questionnaire
I’ll ask you to fill out a brand questionnaire which will help me understand where your brand is currently. We’ll take a bird’s eye view of your brand’s ecosystem.

Discovery session
To determine what you want your brand to be, we go through a series of exercises that help us nail down your distinctive story and positioning.
Written brief
A short document outlining the project objective and scope which will be a foundation for the design moving forward.
04 Design
Mood board
In this exciting phase, I gather inspiration that speaks to you and I share my creative input. This one’s all about bringing out the unique personality of your brand.
Concepts
I dive into crafting your brand character, walk you through the rationale behind my design choices, and show you your visual identity options.
Refinement
We work together to refine the chosen concept further.
05 Launch
We make it all happen! Your cards are fresh off the press, your social media accounts are updated, and your website is live! Now you get to celebrate the launch of your new brand identity.
